The owners of this Tudor-style home in Montclair wanted something a little more hip, more current, so they turned to interior designer Jessy Krol to update the look.
“They wanted modern with traditional—a true mix of old and new,” says Krol.
While she tackled the “artistic” part of the project, she says, kitchen designer Angela Shannon came onboard “to make it all work.” – from New Jersey Monthly Magazine; October 2009.

A trio of innovative European kitchen brands come together to help launch chef Eric Ripert’s PBS TV series – AVEC ERIC.

On April 2, 2009, Poggenpohl celebrated the opening of our 12th showroom in Philadelphia, Pa, in the heart of Old City. The high-end kitchen design studio is located in the former power plant of the Wilbur Chocolate Factory that occupied the space in the 1920s.
Visitors to the new showroom can view the new Dining Desk introduced at the Milan Furniture Fair & shown for the first time in Pennsylvania, the environmentally-friendly teak décor cabinet finishes as well as the new +Motion Drive technology. At the grand opening, the night was highlighted by a welcome speech by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.
